Donna has over 23 years of leadership experience in not-for-profit organizations across the education, social and community services sectors, with a strong focus on supporting children from vulnerable and trauma-affected backgrounds.

She brings the specialist expertise in child safeguarding, internal child safety investigations, system development, enterprise risk management and implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives at scale. Donna promotes a trauma informed approach, principles of social justice and a commitment to instilling a culture of safety and wellbeing.

Her passion for improving outcomes for children drives her leadership at MACSEYE, where she leads the collective effort to ensure the organization is child-safe, always placing the needs and welfare of children at the heart of everything they do.
