Geraldine Leslie

Geraldine Leslie is a human resources executive with significant experience in leading people and business operations, including human resources, safety, diversity and inclusion, culture, capability, change management, corporate affairs and customer services.

As the Executive Manager Human Resources for the Salvation Army Australia (TSA), Geraldine leads the Human Resources function across TSA, incorporating HR Business Partnering, Workplace Relations, Work Health and Safety, HR Operations, Payroll and Volunteer Resources. Geraldine has worked in senior executive and leadership roles within a diverse range of organisations in energy, manufacturing, health and local government.

Geraldine has also been a past member of the White Lion Leadership Advisory Council, held roles on the Ai Group’s Victorian State Council and National Advisory Council, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
