Gerard Dalbosco

Gerard Dalbosco retired as a Partner at EY, following a distinguished career where he held a number of senior leadership roles including Oceania Managing Partner and CEO; Asia Pacific Managing Partner – Markets, and Joint Deputy CEO; Oceania Managing Partner – Transaction Advisory Services; and Melbourne Managing Partner.
Prior to these roles he advised many organisations, across a range of sectors, in respect of their capital agenda, including merger and acquisitions advice, valuations, and strategic, commercial and financial due diligence.
Gerard has considerable governance experience, with current roles including Medibank Private Ltd (Director, Chair of Audit Committee and member of Risk Committee), Gillespie Family Council and Gillespie Family Foundation (Chair), and the Melbourne Prize Trust (Director).
Previous governance roles have included Mercy Health (Director and Chair of Finance and Audit Committee), Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak (Chair and Chair of Finance Committee), Committee for Melbourne (Director, Deputy Chair and Chair of Finance, Audit and Risk), Berry Street (Director and Member of Finance Committee), Newman College (member of Finance Committee) and NGV Business Council (Chair).
