Jamie has 18 years of experience working in public and private sector organisations, social enterprise and management consulting, across a range of sectors including ECEC, health and human services, in Australia and the UK. His previous work in ECEC includes supporting state and federal government departments with policy development and program evaluation and advising large ECEC providers on strategic and commercial matters. 

As the Director Strategy and Performance, Jamie leads MACSEYE’s strategy development, planning, business performance management and strategic projects.

He is passionate about strengthening the critical role of high-quality ECEC services in enabling positive outcomes for children, families and communities.

Outside work, Jamie loves chasing after his two small children, and sampling the cafes, playgrounds and markets of Melbourne’s inner north-west. He plays the occasional game of touch rugby, having previously represented Wales.
