Justine has devoted over 27 years of her career to Early Childhood. Starting as an educational assistant, she progressed to leadership through the ranks to general manager. 

This breadth and depth of experience allowed her to gather insights from a range of education and care settings - LEC, Kindergarten and OSHC, invaluable to MACSEYE.
