Lucinda Nolan
Lucinda Nolan has had a formidable career in public and emergency services, having served as the first female CEO of the Country Fire Authority (CFA), one of the world’s largest volunteer-based emergency service organisations.
Prior to joining the CFA, Lucinda spent 32 years with the Victoria Police, reaching the rank of Deputy Commissioner. Much of the role was dedicated to the continual improvement of service delivery in the face of complex and competing crime, disorder and service demands. She was awarded the Australian Police Medal in 2009.
Passionate about community service and adding public value, Lucinda has extensive experience in working with governments, managing high-profile incidents and advocating for change.
Previously the CEO of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, Lucinda brings to the board extensive corporate governance experience through current and previous directorships at BankVic, Hawthorn Football Club, Alkira and the Penington Institute.
