Tracey McKay
Director of Services
Tracey is a values-driven executive leader with extensive experience in early childhood, not-for-profit and local government sectors. She is skilled in strategic planning, governance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong track record of delivering meaningful outcomes for children, families, and communities.
She has served on several Boards, including the Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA) and Permanent Care and Adoptive Families (PCAF). As an Apiary Fellow, Tracey is passionate about creating sustainable, systemic change through collective impact and systems-thinking approaches.
Outside of work, Tracey is a proud mum of four adult children, two of whom play AFL — an experience that inspired her to co-create the AFL – Mums with Mics podcast. This reflects her love of connection, community and embracing new challenges.
Tracey holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Computing (Information Systems), and a Diploma in Management and Governance.
