How do I enrol my child into a MACSEYE OSHC service?

To enrol your child, please complete the enrolment form for your service. You can find the enrolment link or QR code on your service brochure, which is available through your service or school. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service Team and we will email you the link. 

How do make a booking?

When you first enrol, you nominate your permanent recurring booking days and we will book these for you. To change or request a permanent booking, please contact our Customer Service Team or speak to your service coordinator. 

For casual bookings, you can use the Xplor Home App to make your bookings when you need them. 

What is Xplor

Xplor is our child care management system that houses all our service data, including information about your child and their needs. The Xplor Home App is your app to manage your bookings, payment information and receive important notices. 

Do I need permanent bookings?

You can choose permanent bookings if you need an ongoing, regular booking that remains the same from one week to the next for a minimum period of a term. 

What if I need an ad-hoc booking?

If you need flexibility, you can choose casual bookings, provided there are vacancies at the service. If there is no vacancy, we will put your child on a casual waiting list and will contact you if a vacancy becomes available. Please refer to the parent handbook for more information. 

We will always work hard to meet demand, but we do have availability limits at our services due to room sizes. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your place.  

How do I make a last-minute booking?

If you need a booking within 24 hours of the session, please speak to your Service Coordinator or contact our customer Service Team as soon as possible. 

We do also try and accommodate urgent needs and walk ins, provided the session is not at capacity.  

 

Do you have Child Care Subsidy?

MACSEYE needs to apply for Child Care Subsidy for each individual service, in line with the government’s regulations.  

Once Child Care Subsidy approval is received, it can be backdated for up to 28 days and Centrelink may pay this backdated amount directly to you. After approval, your fees will be adjusted to reflect the subsidy.

What are your fees

Please refer to your Service Flyer for fees relating to your service. This can be located at service, via your school office or contact our Customer Support Team.  

This information is also available on our website’s service location page. Please note that most families are entitled to some form of Child Care Subsidy. 

How do I pay for fees?

All fee payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). When you enrol, you will be able to set up direct debit. 

Can the Child Care Subsidy be used for cancellations?

If you cancel on the day, the session is still charged – the same as an attendance. This part will have the subsidy applied, if eligible. However, please note Service Australia won’t pay the subsidy if it is the first or last session of the enrolment period.
